New for fall 2023 season, all players will have to upload proof of age on the USA Lacrosse website when purchasing or renewing membership.

Practice Information

All age groups will practice at Forest City Elementary (1010 Sand Lake Rd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714) on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM-10:30 AM starting on January 6th. Once games begin, Saturday practices will stop.
